Terms of Sale

PRODUCTS:

The online shop on frankcreber.co.uk sells printed goods (e.g. greeting cards, prints).

All products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will inform you and suggest alternatives if available; alternatively we will offer a full refund.

PRICES:

Prices will be those indicated on the website unless otherwise agreed, and while every effort will be made to hold quoted prices for as long as possible, the company reserves the right to increase prices without notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

CREATING YOUR ORDER:

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to have access to a valid and active email address in order to place your order.

As you select each item, you will be shown the updated contents of your shopping cart. You will then have the option to continue shopping, or proceed to the checkout. At the checkout, you will be required to complete your mailing address and shipping address, and the postage total will show. You will proceed to final confirmation, before then continuing to payment. At each stage you will be able to return to edit your details and/ or edit the contents of your shopping cart.

PAYMENT:

We provide a secure payment gateway through Paypal. Payment can be made by any major credit card or debit card, and via a Paypal account if you have one. Payment will be debited to your account before the goods are dispatched. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. When you proceed to payment you will be taken to the secure payment centre at Paypal.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

You will receive email confirmation of your order and payment within a few minutes of placing your order.

DELIVERY:

Postal Products

Delivery will be made within 21 days of receipt of your order. We currently deliver only within the UK. Postage is calculated at checkout according to weight of the order (see Shipping Rates for details.) Only one delivery attempt is made, otherwise parcels need to be collected from the nearest depot.

Postal goods not delivered

We will make every effort to complete your order and ensure that your payment details are 100% secure. In the event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please notify us by email at sales@frankcreber.co.uk.
